In our effort to provide outstanding legal services, we often utilize the service of experts to assist our adversary, the court and us in understanding complex issues, which can arise in matrimonial litigation. This can include valuation of assets, identification of hidden assets, the tax consequences of a settlement, the vocational evaluation of the underemployed spouse and mental health evaluations to determine the custodial placement of children between two parents.
