We serve as advocates in the traditional legal model. Pat also serves as a neutral for mediation, arbitration and conciliation for those wishing to participate in alternative dispute resolution. We will also coach clients through the mediation process and review mediated agreements. Heidi accepts court appointments as a guardian ad litem and parenting coordinator. Nicole provides Limited Assistance Representation. Pat serves as a court appointed discovery master and special master.
