of New Jersey family law. The members of the firm are all experienced New
Jersey divorce lawyers with over 80 years of combined experience.
The original founding members, to wit: Tonneman,
Vuotto and Enis were shareholders in the Family Law Department of Wilentz,
Goldman & Spitzer, PA before leaving to form Tonneman, Vuotto & Enis,
LLC (“TV&E”) in 2009. Andrea B. White, Esq. was a partner at Lomurro,
Davison, Eastman & Muñoz, P.A. before joining TVE&W. TVE&W will
provide legal representation for family law clients in New Jersey to resolve
family law issues through litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and
appellate advocacy. The members of TVE&W have substantial experience with
many family law related issues including, but not limited to, divorce, custody,
parenting time, interstate removal of children, alimony, child support,
equitable distribution of assets, post-judgment modification of orders,
domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, palimony, sophisticated financial
issues such as business valuations and stock options, appeals of judgments or
orders, and many other aspects of family law in New Jersey.
The established reputations of the four highly
experienced New Jersey divorce lawyers allow TVE&W to provide full
coverage of the different segments of divorce and family law in NJ. The
attorneys have dedicated their careers to the practice of matrimonial law and
have been recognized by their peers. Ms. Tonneman and Mr. Vuotto are both
Certified by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey as Matrimonial Law
Attorneys and have been selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers of America
over multiple years. Mr. Vuotto is admitted into Litigation Counsel of
America. Mr. Vuotto and Ms. White are past Chairs of the New Jersey State Bar
Association’s Family Law Section. Mr. Vuotto is the Editor-in-Chief of the New
Jersey Family Lawyer, which is a highly respected and quoted publication of the
Family Law Section. Ms. White is a Senior Editor of the New Jersey Family
Lawyer. Both Ms. Tonneman and Mr. Vuotto are Fellows of the American Academy of
Matrimonial Lawyers (“AAML”) and are members of the local chapter’s Board of
Managers. Ms. White is a current member of the Supreme Court Family Part
Practice Committee. Ms. Tonneman and Mr. Vuotto are past members of the
