Barnett, Kirkwood, Koche, Long & Foster was formed in 1975 as a boutique tax firm, specializing in areas relating to taxation, including closely-held corporations and partnerships, real estate, estate planning and probate administration. During the 1980's the firm expanded to accommodate the needs of its growing client base. Through the addition of partners specializing in corporate law, real estate and commercial litigation, the firm evolved into a full-service business law firm.
The firm's lawyers possess exemplary academic and professional credentials, and participate in local, state and national professional organizations and on various community service boards. Twelve of the firm's lawyers have advanced degrees in taxation. The firm also provides its clients with the responsiveness and personal attention that a mid-size firm can offer.
