Ciulla & Donofrio, LLP was co-founded in 1996 by Robert K. Ciulla and Jeffrey M. Donofrio. Bob and Jeff practiced law together at a large regional firm immediately prior to founding Ciulla & Donofrio, LLP. From its inception, Ciulla & Donofrio, LLP has provided its clients the experience, skill and sophistication of a large firm with the responsive, personalized and cost-effective delivery traditionally associated with a smaller firm. Our practice is, by design, focused on civil and commercial litigation, construction law and municipal law. Within these practice areas, we handle a wide variety of matters. We have extensive litigation experience not only in the state and federal courts of Connecticut, but also with ADR proceedings. All of our attorneys have extensive experience with mediation and arbitration. Our most "inexperienced" attorney has been practicing law for 20 years.
