Gail Kleven Gelb and Richard M. Gelb founded the Boston law firm of Gelb & Gelb LLP in 1987. The firm has established a strong reputation advocating for plaintiffs and defendants in the courtroom, arbitration and mediation and regulatory proceedings.
Gelb & Gelb LLP represents businesses and individuals in federal and state courts, arbitration, mediation and regulatory proceedings concentrating in business and securities, employment, probate and family law, and criminal defense as more fully described in Practice Areas.
Gelb & Gelb LLP's attorneys and legal assistants bring together the talent and drive necessary to compete with large firms as evidenced by the results we have achieved for our clients and the recognition received from the legal community by our inclusion in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory (where the firm and each of its partners received the highest rating (“AV”)) and the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Registrar of Preeminent Lawyers.
Regardless of the type of case, a client generally has three basic questions: What is the likelihood of success? What does the process entail? How much is it going to cost?
We address each question throughout the engagement.
We apply our knowledge and skills to analyze our client's cases and assess the probability of success, develop a proactive case plan, and control fees and costs.
We take pride in our ability to develop, organize and present cases, no matter how complex, to juries, judges, arbitrators, mediators and regulators.
Gelb & Gelb LLP takes pride in the fact that it devotes the time and resources necessary for it to stay cutting edge and compete with large law firms in the areas of computer research, the preservation, production and retrieval of electronic evidence during discovery, and the management of large volumes of documents.
Gelb & Gelb LLP has developed close relationships with other professionals who assist the firm and its clients when necessary. They include attorneys with various specialties such as corporate and securities, tax, estate planning and intellectual property, consultants and experts in accounting and business valuation, business strategists, psychologists, and private investigators.
