ANDERSON v. DASSAULT AVIATION, 03-2422, United States, 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis.  In a diversity action arising from injuries sustained on a Falcon jet, the jet's French manufacturer had sufficient contacts with Arkansas to create a basis for jurisdiction. Most of its jets fly into Arkansas to be completed to customer's specifications at defendant's wholly owned subsidiary, which is also the exclusive distributor of its business jets in the western hemisphere.
