Litigation - Construction

This is a really busy season for our field of work. I can tell you that not only have Mike Hearn and Shane Fleener been professional, communicative and beneficial to me and the HOA'sI represent, as I’ve had two claims with them, but also with others in my office. They are currently in a six-week arbitration trial on behalf of a colleague and his community client. While I imagine that effort takes a lot of their resources, both my clients and those of others in our office are still receiving good communication and service from Hearn & Fleener’s lawyers and staff.
