Lead trial
attorney John H. (Jack) Hickey is the only attorney in the country who is
Double Board Certified by The Florida Bar in both Civil Trial and Admiralty and
Maritime law, Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a
Trial Lawyer, an Advocate Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates
(ABOTA) (more than 50 jury trials).
We have expertise in injuries to the brain,
spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. These injuries include: traumatic brain
injury, central pain syndrome, cauda equina syndrome, chronic regional pain
syndrome (CRPS or RSD), paraplegia, and quadriplegia. We’re also experts in
