As clients, you motivate our decisions from the conceptual to the practical, from our service model to how we welcome you off the elevator when you visit us.  We strive to deliver everything you would choose if you could design a law firm.

How we practice

You are why we have designed the firm to be profitable without profiting at your expense.  We handle matters with the right person, at the right experience level, and do not use your legal issues to train our younger attorneys or evaluate their performance or development.  Our only priority is to get you the help you need.  You can see that in the fact that we do not have minimum billable hour requirements.  No one at Katz Teller is told to bill a quota of more than 1800 hours at the risk of his or her professional advancement, and we offer our attorneys no incentive to do unnecessary or inefficient work.  Indeed, where you have an opportunity to save costs and still receive high quality service, we will advise you of it and suggest that you take it.

You are why we make ourselves available whenever your needs arise and return your calls at our first opportunity.  We take emergency calls at 11:30 at night or provide our daily schedules in our outgoing voicemail messages because we want you to connect with us and to know that we are always here for you as your trusted advisors.
