Mergers & Acquisitions Law

Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter is a small, but solid M&A practice. They are extremely cost effective for middle-market deals.

I found a light at the end of the tunnel when I was referred to Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter. I have known Dan Ritter most of my life and Chuck Kegler for over 30 years. I was referred to Mike Miller in their firm when we had some specific issues. He teamed up with Roger Sugarman and they both were outstanding in becoming familiar with my problem. Roger then introduced me to Rebecca Roderer Price who did all the heavy lifting in dealing with my specific legal problem which involved knowledge in real estate law, criminal, and civil litigation, corporate takeover expertise, advise and representation through civil depositions, advice on dealing with the city white crimes unit as well as helping with what to expect as a witness in a criminal trial. I found Rebecca Price to be an extremely talented lawyer in so many different ways. She excelled in understanding many complex legal issues, dealing with and understanding issues of an insurer, a bank, a perpetrator and several victims involving many different acts yet centralized in one specific case. She has a rare ability to take an extremely complicated situation and break it down into understandable and solvable sections. She is very bright, an extremely good lawyer, very professional, courteous, effective, and most important very likeable. As difficult as my experience was to go through I'm grateful to Rebecca, Roger, and Mike for their excellence at what they do and resolving an absolutely awful problem for me.

The best referral I would give for Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter firm is that if you want to work with good people, from the staff that answers the phone to each attorney, that's what you'll find there. They all demonstrate professionalism and that's hard to find nowadays. I like being able to have a firm that can handle a personal estate issue from a complex business problem. I don't have the added stress of shopping for different counsel when a problem arises. I have always walked away knowing I have great team backing me up and advising me in this complex world we live in.
