I had gotten countless amounts of advice and heard so many "stories" about other peoples experiences and outcomes of their situations. I was always told even by my peers how my divorce situation would look in the end. They were all wrong. Jon McHugh, a very well aware divorce attorney at Livesay & Myers was there to provide me with accurate and current up to date information and laws pertaining directly to my situation. He pointed me in the right direction to get me what I wanted, how to properly do it and in good faith. Responsiveness from the firm was also a huge plus. Anytime I would call or send an email, the phone was answered right away, or I was directed to Jon's paralegal due to him being in court. He would always follow up with me when he was available. I had an altercation with my ex wife in the house where we were both residing at the time. I had sent him an email out of desperation at around 10:00PM.
