Mine were very "simple" compared to my sister's, so I was a bit surprised at the cost of their preparation (ten years ago it was only $200!) The entire process also took 8 months from start to finish, due to the small size of the firm, which was a bit too long in my opinion, but I think most of that time was spent working on my sister's complex trust documents. These two reasons are the only reasons why I'm not giving the firm all 5s.
