attorneys’ fees, arising from claims for defamation per se and violations of
the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act and the Illinois Unfair and Deceptive Trade
Practices Act. Following extensive motion practice, obtain dismissal of
defamation claim and secured favorable settlement prior to discovery through
court-directed mediation.

Secured favorable high six-figure settlement in complex breach of
contract and business tort dispute on behalf of minority vendor against public
corporation following extensive mediation proceedings.

Obtained over $300,000 pre-hearing settlement of breach of
contract, negligence and unjust enrichment claim arising from substantial
property damage requiring environmental remediation following dispositive
motions and mediation.
