Tax Law

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom has the best M&A breadth of any of the big firms. David Reivman and Stuart Finklestein are the standouts. Finkestein is extremely easy to deal with and can present to any level at a client from the Tax Director to the Board of Directors. Reivman is super strong technically. Both are very responsive and a joy to work with they are total pros.
