I am very active in the Commercial Real Estate business in the east coast of the Carolinas. I have utilized just about every land use attorney in our region over my 26 year career. Sam Franck is hands down the best land use attorney that I have ever worked with. We have completed complex public private partnerships together with New Hanover County that was approved by the LGC of the state of NC and we have successfully navigated through some extremely complex rezonings. Thus far we are batting 1000% working together on complex, controversial rezonings. We are currently in the process of applying for two (2) new rezonings, both that will have its challenges. I never gave a thought to use anyone, but Sam Franck. In summation, he is the best in the business.
