Jack joined Welts, White & Fontaine, P.C. in 1980 when he moved to Nashua. He is a shareholder and managing partner of the firm.
His primary practice areas are personal injury, civil/commercial litigation, property tax abatement, and creditor bankruptcy law.
Jack has extensive civil (bench and jury) trial and appellate experience, and he has participated in numerous arbitration/mediation panels.
He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and Vermont Bar Associations, past President of the Nashua Bar, a member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the New Hampshire and American Association for Justice.
Jack has also served on various New Hampshire Association committees nd is currently is a member of the Committee on Cooperation with Courts.
He received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Northeastern University and his J.D. degree from Western New England College School of Law, where he was managing editor of the law review. After graduation, Jack served as law clerk to the Hon. Robert W. Larrow, Associate Justice, Vermont Supreme Court, from 1979 – 1980.
Attorney White is admitted in Vermont and New Hampshire.
