James A. Whitehill began offering legal services to meet small business and real estate needs in the Tucson market 25 years ago after graduating from the University of Arizona College of Law. Along the way, Mr. Whitehill has become a Certified Real Estate Specialist and gained substantial experience in Business and Commercial Law, establishing his firm, Whitehill Law Offices, PC, 15 years ago. Since then, the firm has developed a larger client base through Probate and Estate Administration and Estate Planning service.

Mr. Whitehill has served many of the same clients throughout his career and continues to serve the legal needs of Tucson with experience, commitment and dedication to the community. A Tucson native and second-generation Tucson lawyer, he knows Tucson and the Tucson legal community.
